Employer's recourse

We assist companies in the procedures of damage compensation following the employee's forced absence from the workplace as a result of third party liability (road accident, civil liability in general, etc.).
The company is entitled to obtain, from the third party or the relevant insurance company insuring the injured party for the risk caused,the part of the salary that remains at his charge and the part of the costs that make up the employee's paycheck during the period of forced absence.
Any claim is also extended to the cost of temporarily replacing the employee.
